NO-QUESTION 30-DAY RETURNS

At www.theariadne.com, we strive to ensure that all our customers have a satisfactory shopping experience. However, there may be occasions when you need to initiate a return.

If you wish to return an item, please reach out to our team, who will furnish you with instructions and offer guidance throughout the process if required.

You have the option to return any product within 30 days of receiving it. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from theariadne.com, you can return the eligible item(s) for a full refund within this period – no exceptions!

Upon inspection and confirmation of the product's condition, we will refund the purchase price. The item must remain in a saleable condition with its original packaging intact and devoid of any signs of being unboxed. Additionally, please include all original accessories and parts, such as waste and overflow components, and ensure that all printed inserts, such as instruction manuals, parts, and accessories, are included without any indications of installation (e.g., markings, scratches, plumber's putty, etc.). Proof of purchase, such as your receipt, will also be required.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank or credit card account.

Returned merchandise that fails to meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund. Please note that damaged items incurred during installation are not eligible for refunds.

RETURNS WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING

As an exception, we may agree to accept products that no longer have their original packaging. Prior to returning such items, please contact us to request a return shipping label. However, please note that approval for such returns is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team. Additionally, all returns without the original packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, along with repackaging and actual freight costs to and from our warehouse.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly to request a replacement. When reporting a defective item, kindly attach photographs of the defects to expedite the resolution process. We will assess the defective goods and arrange for the dispatch of a replacement product.

In certain instances, only partial refunds may be issued. If you believe your case warrants discussion for a refund, please feel free to contact us, and we will endeavor to find the most suitable resolution.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED

Per our Terms of Service, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided at the time of purchase is inaccurate.

Once orders are placed in our system, we are unable to make changes to them. Therefore, to ensure the proper delivery of your package, please ensure that your address is accurately entered and includes all relevant details. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are crucial for ensuring successful delivery.
